Testimonial from a Containerlift driver:
I have been employed by Containerlift for a number of years; it’s a fantastic job as no 2 days are the same. We have a great office team supporting us and you really get to see all the UK and Europe has to offer! Our day to day work is UK based and involves lifting shipping containers on and off the ground – all over England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland and out to the Scottish Isles as well. We cover all types of work from recycled goods going to Africa – exotic cars shipping to Dubai, machinery out to India – film sets and equipment all over the UK and the world. We also have a European division with its own drivers, but occasionally needs assistance as the work is growing year on year. I work for this side of the business and we travel all over Europe doing events, festivals, Formula E, house moves and all sorts. We have vehicles occasionally travelling to Sweden, Finland, Norway, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia, Morocco and even out to the Ukraine. It’s a job where you never know what will come up next and every day is a different challenge.
